What information do I need for an application to lease a unit?
In order to apply for a unit, you will need to provide the following to your Customer Care Coordinator:
- Last month of rent, paid as a deposit (payable by Certified Check, or Money Order)
- Two pieces of photo identification
- Proof of income
- Crime-free certification (if applicable to unit)
- A guarantor may be required
- Application to Lease form filled out, front and back, by all applicants (including, if necessary, the guarantor)
How do I pay my damage deposit? And when?
A 1/2 months rent damage deposit is due upon approval of your application. A further 1/2 months rent pet deposit is required if you have a dog or a cat.
Each property has a unique email address to e-transfer the damage deposits to. Your Property Manager will give you instructions at the time of your approval.
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid by e-transfer or pre-authorized debit.

Are these units pet friendly?
These units are cat and dog friendly only.
Each property will have it's own weight restrictions and limit on the number of cats and dogs allowed in each suite. Please ensure you ask the Showing Agent or Property Manager the specific rules for each property.

All maintenance requests need to be sent to the Property Manager by email:
